Vegan Mofo 2010 – Day 5
OK so I didn’t make these two wonderful feats of decadence myself – I ordered them from the local veg cafe to celebrate my birthday (World Vegan Day) with colleagues.
The carrot cake was absolutely sublime. The icing was sweet and tangy with crushed pecans and the cake itself was moist, spongy (in the good way) and oh so tasty.
The chocolate cake while looking more attractive had a very tasty icing but the cake itself was a bit dry, although still quite tasty.
